Registration & Processing
We process data in our CRM system, such as your name, address, phone number, email, or other business data that you provide on your own accord. We register information of business nature that you provide in the context of professional exchange of data for the purpose of (possible) purchase and use of IMAGEM’s products and services.
The said information is recorded when you order or register software, data, or services; when you subscribe to newsletters; when you register for a training or event; or when you send us a message requesting a response.
Purposes of Processing
We ensure that relevant data remains confidential, and the information is only use for purposes of IMAGEM. The data is used for:
- To facilitate transactions and correspondence between IMAGEM and you.
- To provide you with information about the products supplied or updates thereof.
- To provide technical and product support to you.
- To register your partipation and inform you as a participant in events or training.
- To send product information, event information and newsletters to you, unless you notify us that you do not wish to receive these materials. You can notify us by using the option ‘unsubscribe’ within newsletters.
- For internal analysis purposes
Data is not collected or used for purposes other than those described above, unless IMAGEM has received your permission in advance.
Provision of Data
Data is only stored in the EU or in third countries with an appropriate level of protection as established by the European Commission. IMAGEM will not share data to other third parties, except when IMAGEM is obliged by law to pass on your data to competent authorities or is requested to do so by a government body.
Retation of Data
IMAGEM stores your data in Europe or in third countries with an appropriate level of protection, as established by the European Union, and no longer than necessary for the above-mentioned purposes. The retention period depends on the purposes for which the data was collected or used. Data that is no longer necessary will be blocked or deleted.
Blocked personal data in the CRM system is still available within the organisation for a maximum of 1 year after blocking, after which it will be moved to a non-accessible archive for legal obligations and analysis purposes.

Website en cookies
We use the email marketing program Spotler for our mailings, forms, surveys, and some landing pages. We collect data from anyone who reads our mailings to improve the quality of information. For example, we analyse which topics are viewed the most. This data is for analysis purposes only and is stored and used only within IMAGEM and is not shared with any third-parties.
What are your rights?
You are entitled to know what personal data we are processing about you. If you believe that the information we have about you is incorrect or invalid you have the right to ask for it to be updated and even deleted. If you wish to view or update your personal data, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correct or delete our records of your data after a verification of the requested change. If, for any reason, should you have the opinion that IMAGEM following its policy correctly, please contact us at email@example.com. You Also hold the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
