Sonny joined IMAGEM to improve the customer journey. And by that we mean that he brings even more added value to the contact with our customers. With his enthusiasm, Sonny will ensure that the relationship between the customer and us becomes even better in all areas. Think of the knowledge and experience with our software and ultimately the shared successes. He makes the customer journey measurable for us and shares how we can improve it in our organization. As soon as the sun shines, he takes the bike out of the shed and races past everyone. And when the sun shines less, you can find him in the gym. Sonny used to be a fanatic baseball player, playing matches throughout the Netherlands, but nowadays he enjoys life on a sunny terrace or somewhere far away in a beautiful country.
